Take a cue from these shows and add scarves and headbands to your hairstyles this school year.

“Emmy Hair Winners and Losers”Emmy hair and fashions were all over the map at this years awards. The dresses were sleeveless, one shoulder, some short but mostly long gowns and no one particular style or color dominated the runways. The colors of the gowns mostly included, shades of reds, blacks, whites and a variety of blues.

Emmy hair styles however, were a bit more predictable. For mid length and longer hair the most coveted updos were buns with hair swept back and totally off the face with just a slight lift on top. Most the women who wore this look, appeared elegant and right for the occasion. Another fabulous Emmy hair style for long hair included regular and side-swept ponytails. Jamie wears the perfect elegant swept back updo, with a touch of height on top and crystal drop earrings. The hair style has an understated elegance that lets her beauty show through and her gorgeous Donna Karan gown shine!
